Digital X-Ray
X-ray exposure has been a concern for our patients. In our office, x-rays are taken only when needed and as recommended by the guidelines of American Dental Association. Digital x-ray system is more sensitive than film x-ray systems. It can cut exposure as much as 90%. The results are available right away. Computer software is used to further enhance and analyze the x-ray images. Your dental check-up takes less time, and it is fun and educational to watch and discuss the results with the doctor.
Intra-oral Camera
A picture is worth a thousand words. An intra-oral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. This pen-sized camera allows you see inside your own mouth. You will get a very clear picture of your oral heath. Problems can be spotted easily, and treatment results can be visualized through the pictures before and after.
